About the role
Responsible for providing child intervention services in a bilingual setting. Conduct assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and monitor progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support child development
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children and families
- Valid California Child Abuse Reporting Act (C.A.R.A.) certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Experience with evidence-based interventions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
