About the role

Responsible for providing child intervention services in a bilingual environment. Conduct assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and provide ongoing support to children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of child development and family dynamics
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment findings
  • Provide direct therapeutic interventions to children and families
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for the child and family
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
  • Valid California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting (CARN) certification
  • Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field preferred
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and cultural competency
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in child intervention

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
