About the role
Responsible for providing child intervention services in a bilingual environment. Conduct assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and provide ongoing support to children and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of child development and family dynamics
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions to children and families
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for the child and family
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
- Valid California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting (CARN) certification
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience with trauma-informed care and cultural competency
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in child intervention
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
