About the role
Provide support in child intervention and behavior management services.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve child behavior
- Assess and document child progress towards goals
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
- Conduct training sessions for parents and caregivers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children and families
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Passing score on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam
