About the role

Provide support in child intervention and behavior management services.

Responsibilities

  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve child behavior
  • Assess and document child progress towards goals
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Conduct training sessions for parents and caregivers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Passing score on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
