About the role
Provide support in child intervention and behavior management services.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve child behavior
- Assess and document child progress towards goals
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement behavioral plans
- Conduct home visits and provide training to caregivers
- Document all interactions and progress in the child’s treatment plan
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children and families
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Pass a background check
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
