ABA Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time

About the role

Responsible for providing child intervention services in a therapeutic setting. Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior plans, and provide direct care to children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
• Provide direct care and support to children
• Collaborate with families and other professionals
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with children and families
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Background check required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development and behavior analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
