About the role
Butterfly Effects is dedicated to making a meaningful change in the lives of children and families affected by autism. We seek passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children essential skills in their natural environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach children communication, sharing, playing, and waiting skills in their home, school, and center settings.
- Use play-based activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Receive training to ensure confidence in instructing children affected by autism.
- Work with clients in various postures and positions for extended periods.
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs. as needed during sessions.
Requirements
- High School diploma, with college coursework preferred.
- A love and passion for working with children.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
- Flexible availability for at least 3 weekdays.
- Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma.
- College course work a plus.
