ABA Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time

About the role

Butterfly Effects is dedicated to making a meaningful change in the lives of children and families affected by autism. We seek passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children essential skills in their natural environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach children communication, sharing, playing, and waiting skills in their home, school, and center settings.
• Use play-based activities to make learning enjoyable.
• Receive training to ensure confidence in instructing children affected by autism.
• Work with clients in various postures and positions for extended periods.
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs. as needed during sessions.

Requirements

• High School diploma, with college coursework preferred.
• A love and passion for working with children.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
• Flexible availability for at least 3 weekdays.
• Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• College course work a plus.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications.

Schedule

• M-F 1:30-4:30 pm.
