ABA Behavior Therapist - $1,000 Sign On Bonus

About the role

Join Beacon ABA Services, Massachusetts’ leading provider of home-based early intervention specialist services. We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to work one-on-one with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Implement teaching plans and programs that help improve the social, language, and academic skills of our clients.
• Use evidence-based instructional practices based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Applicants with an Associate’s Degree (60+ credit hours) and at least 6 months of relevant experience can be considered for full time and part time opportunities
• Applicants with a High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience can be considered for part time afternoon opportunities (3pm-6:30pm)
• Must have personal vehicle and driver’s license as the position requires travel

Qualifications
