About the role
Provide a broad range of therapeutic services in a managed care environment to adults of all ages including behavioral support out in the community. Therapeutic services to be provided may include brief treatment, individual therapy, groups (issue specific and psycho-educational), community support oriented case management services, and coordination of individual service teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to adults in a managed care environment.
- Engage in individual therapy sessions.
- Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions.
- Offer community support-oriented case management services.
- Coordinate with other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Utilize EHR software for scheduling, time management, and clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or closely related field.
- Two years of experience providing mental health services preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with evidence-based treatment strategies towards current DSM covered diagnoses preferred.
- Experience with the community support model preferred.
- Previous experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team and collaborating with other service providers.
- Strong organizational skills, including proficiency in EHR software or equivalent systems.
Qualifications

Pay
Compensation: $27.83- $38.79 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours and schedule vary based on client needs and agency requirements.
