Responsibilities

  • Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, using your expertise to provide personalized therapy.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
  • Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
  • Guide Children's Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
  • Document and Track Development: Contribute to each child's therapy program by meticulously documenting their progress.
  • Embody Core Values: Thrive in a supportive team environment that upholds our values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position.
  • Average lifting/carrying capacity of more than 50 lbs.
  • Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
  • Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
  • Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
  • Full range of motion of hands and arms.
  • Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
  • Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.

Qualifications
