Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician
As a Behavior Technician at Compass, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions, engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication, and maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
We offer an hourly rate from $22-$26/hour, based on experience. Full-time employees (105+ hours/month) receive a range of benefits, including:

Schedule
We require availability Monday through Friday, with afternoon and early evening availability required.
