What You'll Do

  • Product sales support and data entry related to onboarding new clients and account transitions.
  • Deliver initial training to customers on new services.
  • Carefully listen and work with customers to understand their needs for each product.
  • Establish new services properly and accurately.
  • Keep customers, bankers, and sales representatives informed of progress throughout the transition process.
  • Support Operations Manager with onboarding several customers in different stages of the boarding and transition process.
  • Effectively manage the boarding process for each customer, reaching out regularly to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Remove obstacles and keep all required stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure product and application implementations are completed successfully and on time.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and moderate required customer calls and training sessions.
  • Educate clients on the importance of understanding and mitigating risk as it relates to their business.
  • Actively support Operations procedures, focusing on process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with what is communicated to customers and the daily experience of our clients once they transition to a Relationship Banker.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field.
  • A high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Project management within the Software space or Business to Business (B2B) highly preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
