AACT- Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

At Advanced Autism Center for Treatment (AACT) Arizona, we provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and/or at our new Mesa clinic under BCBA supervision. We seek professional, compassionate RBTs who are passionate about helping children thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and/or in the new Mesa clinic under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate data to drive treatment success.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to ensure client progress.
• Foster positive, engaging learning environments for every child.

Requirements

• Hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and integrity.
• Bring enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to each session.
