What You'll Do
- Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of audio‑visual solutions across multiple office locations
- Ensure A/V platforms integrate smoothly with the firm's broader network infrastructure
- Provide advanced technical support for conference room technology, collaboration tools, and related systems
- Troubleshoot complex A/V and network‑adjacent issues, serving as a Tier 3 escalation point for a large, distributed user base
- Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices to support consistent performance and reliability
- Monitor system health, performance, and uptime in alignment with service level expectations
- Evaluate new technologies, conduct testing, and recommend enhancements to improve the firm's A/V environment
- Partner with vendors as the primary technical contact for A/V platforms, hardware, and applications
- Support the maintenance of network components including servers, remote access tools, routing, switching, and telecommunications systems
- Participate in firmwide technology initiatives where A/V expertise is required

- Audio‑visual systems across all locations operate reliably, consistently, and with minimal downtime
- Conference rooms and collaboration spaces deliver a seamless user experience for in‑person and remote participants
- Network engineering and user support teams view you as a trusted partner and technical leader

- Documentation, standards, and processes are clear, current, and widely adopted
- New technologies are evaluated thoughtfully and introduced in ways that strengthen the firm's overall infrastructure
- Attorneys, staff, and clients experience smooth, high‑quality interactions with the firm's A/V and communication tools

$75 - 90k annually, based on experience
