A&T Technician II - 3rd Shift

About the role

Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for an A&T Technician II to join them onsite in East Aurora, New York. You will report to the Operations Process Manager and work a 3rd shift schedule.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred; otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English, and perform simple arithmetic.
• At least 3 years of related experience in a technical field.
• Enrollment and participation in the company’s F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program is mandatory due to Federal Aviation Agency regulations for Safety Sensitive Work.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly activities using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms to meet build requirements.
• Work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists, or other documentation; provide written communication on performance results and situational circumstances.
• Set up and perform operational tests of finished products on high-precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment, fixtures, and tools.
• Diagnose test failures, assess hardware condition, and recommend rework instructions or configuration changes.
• Complete daily administrative tasks to support overall operations.

Pay

Buffalo, NY: $28.00–$32.00 per hour.

The base salary range represents the low and high end for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including experience and performance. This range is one component of Moog’s total compensation package, which may also include bonuses, stock purchase plans, and other benefits.
