About the role
This job requires a U.S. Person and is located at Pratt & Whitney in Burlington, VT. It is a safety-sensitive position under FAA guidelines and involves company-paid travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of duties including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications
- Manage technical products, services logistics, and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers
- Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications and troubleshoot technical problems and issues
- Recommend actions to company or customer representatives
- Up to 25% travel
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
- Active A&P License
- Preferred: Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management, shop/bench refurbishment experience, airframe experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC)-powered aircraft, heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface, customer service experience
