What You Will Do
- Perform a variety of duties, including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment.
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Manage technical products, services logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Up to 25% travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on 1st shift, Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm.
- Perform a variety of duties, including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment.
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Manage technical products, services logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Up to 25% travel as required.
Qualifications You Must Have
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training).
- 6+ years of experience working as an A&P Technician.
- Active A&P License.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management.
- Previous experience with the inspection of engine parts, troubleshooting, refurbishment, repairs and return to service of engines, modules and components.
- Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface.
- Shop/Bench refurbishment experience.
- Airframe experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC)-powered aircraft.
- Previous Customer service experience.
What You Will Learn
- How to serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer's organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training).
- 6+ years of experience working as an A&P Technician.
- Active A&P License.
Pay Range
58,400 USD - 111,000 USD.
