A&P Mechanic - Citation (Various Shifts) - Houston, TX

About the role

We are hiring immediately for a full time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician).

What you will be doing

You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.

• Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery
• Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run-ups
• Carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines
• Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies

Requirements

• High school education or GED required
• A&P License required
• Knowledge of 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 is required
• A minimum of 3 years experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance
• Preferred: 10 years of experience

Pay

This role is eligible for up to a $15,000 (pre-tax) sign-on bonus based on level of experience. Terms & conditions apply. The Company reserves the right to amend or suspend this program at any time.
