Responsibilities

  • Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, rework, repair, replace, reassemble, and adjust various systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery
  • Perform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, engine runs, and install service bulletins and kits on airframes and engines
  • Execute tasks adhering to the highest safety standards
  • Make appropriate entries in aircraft records and complete return-to-service logbook entries
  • Conduct engine maintenance on airworthy aircraft and perform annual and continued airworthiness inspections
  • Train team members, assist in certifications, lead important projects, and drive safety or quality improvements

Requirements

  • A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification
  • An A&P license
  • 3 months aircraft maintenance experience (helpful)
  • Ability to complete tasks without supervision and take lead on projects
  • Ability to be team-oriented, goal-driven, and action-oriented
