Responsibilities
- Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, rework, repair, replace, reassemble, and adjust various systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery
- Perform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, engine runs, and install service bulletins and kits on airframes and engines
- Execute tasks adhering to the highest safety standards
- Make appropriate entries in aircraft records and complete return-to-service logbook entries
- Conduct engine maintenance on airworthy aircraft and perform annual and continued airworthiness inspections
- Train team members, assist in certifications, lead important projects, and drive safety or quality improvements
Requirements
- A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification
- An A&P license
- 3 months aircraft maintenance experience (helpful)
- Ability to complete tasks without supervision and take lead on projects
- Ability to be team-oriented, goal-driven, and action-oriented
