What You'll Do
- Use computerized diagnostic tools, gauges, and precision instruments to test and analyze issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance: oil changes, fluid services, tune-ups, spark plugs, filters, etc.
- Align wheels, axles, and steering components with specialized alignment equipment
- Repair and adjust brakes, steering, and suspension systems
- Tear down and rebuild components like starters, alternators, A/C systems, and power assemblies
- Rewire electrical systems, troubleshoot ignition, fuel, and emissions controls
- Service hybrid and fuel-efficient vehicles, including sensors and electronic modules
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Follow repair checklists, work plans, and technical manuals
- Communicate findings and estimates to service advisors and assist teammates when needed
- Keep work area clean and organized; take full responsibility and pride in your work

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the automotive field with a focus on diagnostics and repairs preferred
- Valid driver's license required, and ASE certifications preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach to every task
- A commitment to continuously building your expertise
