A-B Automotive Technician

About the role

We’re looking for an Experienced Technician with more than 4 years of hands-on experience at a repair shop to join our crew.

Responsibilities

• Handle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a variety of makes and models.
• Work independently and make decisions when necessary.
• Show pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
• Stay current with evolving technology and vehicle systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience at a repair shop working on engines, brakes, suspension, diagnostics, or electrical systems.
• Confidence to work independently and the judgment to know when teamwork matters.
• A commitment to staying sharp as technology and vehicles evolve.

Qualifications

• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
