About the role
We are hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician to diagnose and repair passenger vehicles across multiple makes and models. Grote is an OEM Mitsubishi dealer, but our shop handles work beyond Mitsubishi. We offer a strong mix of recon and customer-pay service, providing variety and production opportunities.

Pay
$35–$45 flat rate hourly, based on experience, diagnostic capability, and production ability, plus a tool incentive program tied to flagged hours.
