A&I Enterprise Product Operations Analyst III
Job Summary
The Analytics Developer III – A&I Enterprise Product Operations Office is a senior analytics professional responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise analytics solutions that improve operational performance, customer experience, and business outcomes across the Analytics & Intelligence (A&I) portfolio. This role combines hands-on analytics development with product operations, process improvement, and change management to deliver scalable data solutions that support strategic initiatives.

This Hybrid role is located in Dallas.
Essential Functions
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements while translating them into scalable analytics solutions, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, validate, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations using enterprise analytics tools.
- Extract, transform, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver meaningful insights that improve clinical and operational performance.
- Apply critical thinking and technical expertise to solve complex business problems and identify opportunities for automation, operational improvement, and process optimization.
- Develop operational metrics, portfolio performance indicators, monitoring solutions, and reporting that support informed decision-making.
- Maintain product lifecycle documentation, including onboarding, maintenance, ownership changes, and retirement activities while partnering with Product Managers to ensure product information remains accurate and current.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
- Support organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans, training materials, operational documentation, and adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
- Perform testing, quality assurance, validation, and operational readiness activities to ensure reliable analytics products and reporting solutions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities that improve analytics delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Build collaborative relationships across Analytics & Intelligence, Digital Technology Services, Security, Compliance, and business departments while mentoring junior team members.
Key Success Factors
- Analytics & Technical Expertise: Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills; Strong SQL proficiency and experience with enterprise BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SSRS, or similar technologies; Experience designing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions.
- Data Engineering Knowledge: Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, data modeling, and enterprise reporting environments; Experience working with complex datasets while ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Product Operations & Change Management: Experience supporting product operations, business process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change management; Ability to evaluate existing workflows, improve operational processes, and successfully implement new technologies and business practices; Experience developing communication, training, and adoption strategies that support successful organizational change.
- AI & Emerging Technologies: Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies with the ability to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent consulting, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms and influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences; Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
