Responsibilities
You will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and debugging software that helps real estate agents get, work, and manage new buyer/seller leads. You’ll also be working on internal features that other departments at our company depend on in order to serve our real estate agents’ needs.
Qualifications
You will be expected to take an active role in shaping the culture and helping improve our processes. Pursue excellence in everything you do. Understand and use patterns in code. Continuously learn and develop software patterns and best practices including those with AI, while also protecting against and not settling for AI slop. Have a high level of ownership over the work you are producing and a high level of initiative to both find solutions and participate in our meetings. Are self-directed and don’t need much hand-holding after the initial onboarding. Code defensively, trying to reduce/eliminate “broken windows.” Are excited to help our agents, our other departments, and the company.
