About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional at Devereux you will work with dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. The position offers flexible schedules that can accommodate school, family commitments, or other employment. On‑spot interviews will be held on September 29, 2026 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Taylor Salem Building, 139 Leopard Rd, Berwyn, PA 19312.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including health and hygiene management.
• Prepare meals and maintain a clean living environment.
• Facilitate recreation and therapeutic activities.
• Complete documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress reports.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets physical, emotional, and personal needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (diplomas earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated).
• One (1) year of human‑service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay

$17.25 – $19.67 per hour for full‑time and part‑time positions.

Schedule

• Full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call shifts available.
• Days: 7 am – 3 pm
• Evenings: 3 pm – 11 pm
• Weekends: varied shifts
