Responsibilities

• 84 months of experience working in a healthcare-related government agency serving individuals with special needs, translating and documenting technical information for business/program consumption to ensure consistency and common understanding across stakeholder groups.
• 84 months of experience performing business analysis for applications developed in a JAVA software environment.
• 84 months of experience with analysis and documentation of business systems or processes, including writing deliverables such as business and functional requirements, test plans, training guides, deployment plans, workflow processes, use cases, context diagrams, data element descriptions, and program goals, objectives, and external considerations such as federal and state mandates.
• 84 months of public sector experience communicating and working with high-level staff.

Qualifications

• A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster) certification (copy required).
