A 6A85 - Food Contact Repacking - COPC - CONVERTING OPERATOR C

Inteplast Group is seeking a detail-oriented Converting Operator C to efficiently and accurately run converting lines, producing high-quality converted products according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Comply with, monitor, and enforce all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and department.
• Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, including good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes.
• Start up, shut down, and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues.
• Maintain pace with the production process to achieve daily production targets while ensuring cleanliness in the designated area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred, with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing efficiency.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process.
• Consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Ability to effectively manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions.
