Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legal eligibility to work in the US
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred, with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing return on investment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process
• Consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non‑standard work hours as necessary
• Ability to manage job‑related stress and foster productive workplace interactions

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant and department; wear required personal protective equipment
• Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, including good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes
• Read and understand job docket to ensure correct materials are used
• Perform startup, shutdown, and make machine adjustments
• Inspect final product using quality checks, ensure proper documentation, and communicate any issues promptly
• Maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while keeping the designated area clean
• Perform other duties as assigned
