Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Consistent, dependable attendance
• Willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours
• Effective management of job-related stress
• Fostering productive workplace interactions

Job Responsibilities

• Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
• Become familiar with film, chip and corrugated codes
• Show basic familiarity with truck operations
• Complete pre-shift truck inspection and PM checklist daily
• Know the proper placement of all finished product
• Accurately order material needed for change-overs
• Weight scrap gaylords at the end of the shift or at any change-overs
• Understand the difference between A, B, Peco and Chep pallets
• Follow established procedures including SOP's, cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures

Work Environment Conditions

• Subjected to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour
• Physical Activity Required:
• Stooping
• Bending
• Kneeling
• Standing for long periods of time
