We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - About Us: description of Vernon County. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about county. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading with content from "About Us" and maybe "Position Summary". We'll combine. - Responsibilities: list of essential duties and responsibilities, plus related job functions. We'll put in
  • . - Requirements: Education and Training Requirements, plus maybe other requirements like age, citizenship, background check, etc. Also "Must Pass Background Check And Other Requirements". Also "Additional Information" includes age, citizenship, background check, felony, good character, ability to work 24/7, schedule changes. Those are requirements. - Qualifications: maybe "Training And Experience In 9-1-1 Dispatching Are Preferred", "Possession of an associate degree in police science is desirable", "Ability to type 35 words per minute is desirable", "Certificates and Licenses Required". Could be qualifications. - Skills: "Skills And Abilities" list. - Benefits: list under "Wage And Benefits": Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Wisconsin Retirement System, Short Term & Long-Term Disability – waived premiums, $10,000 Life Insurance Policy – Employer Paid, Health Insurance Dental & Vision Group Rate Plans, Deferred Compensation – Wisconsin Deferred Comp & Nationwide, Other Supplemental Insurances, Employee Assistance Program. - Pay: "$26.89-$29.69". That's pay range. - Schedule: Not explicitly given, but mention "Must have the ability to work within a 24/7 operation environment, which requires the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays to include rotating days off. Must also be able to accept last minute schedule changes in case of emergencies or shift coverage issues." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that description. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:
