We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove things like "Special Assignments", "KSA's/Required Qualifications", "Additional Considerations", etc but we need to extract content into appropriate sections. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Working Title: 9 Month Restricted Faculty of Emergency Medical Services - Role Title: 9 month-Instructor Gfund - Role Code: 01033-SW - FLSA Exempt - Pay Band 00 - Position Number: 298G0005 - Agency: Laurel Ridge Community College - Work Location: Frederick - 069 - Hiring Range: $52,905.00 to $102,591.00 per year - Emergency/Essential Personnel: No - EEO Category I-Faculty - Full Time or Part Time: Full Time - Telework options: subject to change based on business needs (but we might not include as it's not specific? It's a statement; maybe we can include under Schedule? Not sure.) - Bilingual requirement: none indicated. - Work Schedule: Primarily days, some nights and weekends depending on course scheduling. - Sensitive Position: No - Job Description: (the paragraph) - Compensation And Benefits: repeats hiring range, restricted funding through May 16, 2026, next renewal consideration date June 30, 2027, 9 month restricted faculty role eligible for benefits package offered by Commonwealth of Virginia for state agencies and VCCS. For more info visit links. - Then EEO statement etc (boilerplate) to be removed. - Special Assignments: May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. - KSA's/Required Qualifications: list of required qualifications. - Additional Considerations: list of preferred qualifications. - Operation of a State Vehicle: No - Supervises Employees: Yes - Required Travel: Travel as per any required duties of the position, such as to sites/campuses and any training. Ability to cover assignments throughout the college service region as necessary for the job is required. - Posting Number etc (metadata) to drop. - Contact info etc maybe drop as boilerplate? Contact name etc maybe not needed but could be considered metadata; but we can drop as not substantive? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with agency, work location, position type, etc. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Contact info maybe not substantive for job description; but could be considered minor metadata. Probably safe to drop. We need to create sections: - About the role: could include overview: 9 month grant-funded faculty position to provide leadership and instruction for EMS program, reporting to Dean of Health Professions, instructor, etc. - Responsibilities: from job description: teach EMS, use multiple methods of instruction, assessment results, instructional technologies, engage students, teach in traditional and non-traditional settings (hybrid/online), facilitate student learning outside classroom (clinical experiences, clubs, community experiences), collaborate in development of new course curriculum, degrees, certificates, trainings aligning with EMS program and School of Health Professions, strengthen/expand relationships with K-12, higher ed, industry, community orgs, may be assigned to teach at all Laurel Ridge locations as well as evening/weekend classes, may be required to perform other duties as assigned, may assist agency/state gov in emergency declaration. - Requirements: required qualifications (KSA's/Required Qualifications): Associate’s degree in EMS or related field from regionally accredited institution; Currently certified by NREMT at Paramedic level and possess or be eligible for Paramedic certification in VA; Demonstrated medical experience with verified field experience in delivery of out-of-hospital emergency care as EMS provider at Paramedic level; Knowledge of current National EMS Scope of Practice and National EMS Education Standards and evidenced-informed clinical practice; Understanding of and commitment to the community college philosophy; Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. - Qualifications: maybe we could treat "Additional Considerations" as preferred qualifications (or qualifications). But we already have Requirements; we could have Qualifications for preferred/additional. Or we could combine. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where. We have: - Requirements (mandatory): as above. - Qualifications (preferred): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from regionally accredited institution; Completion of 2 or more recertification cycles through NREMT; Experience with helping students develop critical thinking and decision-making skills; Knowledge of methods of instruction, testing, and evaluation of students; Demonstrated ability to teach using technology in the classroom and/or online course delivery; Experience creating community connections and fostering experiential learning opportunities; Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS instructor certifications; ITLS or PHTLS provider or instructor; Demonstrated experience with compliance and accreditation requirements specific to VAOEMS and CoAEMSP. - Skills: maybe we could extract skills like teaching, curriculum development, partnership building, technology use, etc. But we could also put under Qualifications. However we need to follow instruction: Use headings for sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements, Qualifications (preferred), Skills maybe we can list skills like "Instructional design, curriculum development, community partnership building, technology-enhanced teaching, emergency medical services expertise". But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We should only include what is explicitly stated. The posting lists many items that could be considered skills: "Experience with helping students develop critical thinking and decision-making skills", "Knowledge of methods of instruction, testing, and evaluation of students", "Demonstrated ability to teach using technology in the classroom and/or online course delivery", "Experience creating community connections and fostering experiential learning opportunities", "Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS instructor certifications", "ITLS or PHTLS provider or instructor", "Demonstrated experience with compliance and accreditation requirements". Those could be considered skills or qualifications. We could put them under Skills. But we also have Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred). The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can allocate: - About the role: overview. - Responsibilities: duties. - Requirements: mandatory qualifications. - Qualifications: preferred qualifications (Additional Considerations). - Skills: maybe we could extract from both mandatory and preferred? But to avoid duplication, maybe we can put skills under Qualifications. However we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section? But we have both mandatory and preferred; we could separate but that's two sections. Could be okay. We also need Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Pay: hiring range $52,905 to $102,591 per year. That's explicit. So we need a Pay section. Benefits: posting says "eligible for the benefits package offered by the Commonwealth of Virginia for state agencies and the Virginia Community College System." Also mentions funding restricted through May 16, 2026, next renewal consideration date June 30, 2027. That's about benefits eligibility. So we can include Benefits section with that info. Schedule: Work Schedule: Primarily days, some nights and weekends depending on course scheduling. Also maybe mention 9 month restricted faculty role (9 month). So we can include Schedule section with that. We also need to include maybe "About the role" summarizing the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, ADA, E-Verify, sponsorship, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (the hiring range appears twice). We'll include only once. We must not include application instructions, special instructions to applicants, etc. We must not include metadata like Posting Number, Recruitment Type, Number of Vacancies, Position End Date, Job Open/Close Date, Agency Website, Contact Name, Email, Phone Number, Special Instructions, etc. Also remove "Operation of a State Vehicle No", "Supervises Employees Yes", but those could be considered substantive? They are about supervises employees yes, operation of state vehicle no. Might be considered part of job details. Could include under Responsibilities or a separate section like "Supervision" but not in allowed headings. Since we only allowed headings list, we could fold into Responsibilities or maybe into a short paragraph under About the role. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with supervises employees yes, operation of state vehicle no, required travel, etc. But we also have Required Travel content which is substantive. We could include under Responsibilities or a separate "Travel" but not allowed. So fold into Responsibilities. Thus final HTML:
