Summary Of Position
Centre County 9-1-1, a county-wide communications center that supports police, fire & EMS operations, is seeking applicants for a pre-employment testing list for the position of 9-1-1 Dispatcher.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize emergency and non-emergency requests for response via radio, telephone & computer aided dispatch systems
- Dispatch police, fire and ambulance units
- Maintain close contact with field units to support operations
Schedule
- On the job training provided
- Every other weekend off schedule
