About the role
Looking for individual to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly fit and cleaning of furniture and for individuals to produce a white wood item ready for finish that meet Ethan Allen Standards. To construct a piece of furniture from pre-cut parts and assemblies that meet Ethan Allen quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Construct furniture from pre‑cut parts and assemblies to meet Ethan Allen quality standards.
- Produce a white wood item ready for finish that meets Ethan Allen Standards.
- Participate in job rotation within and between departments as required.
Requirements
- Learn specific manufacturing requirements for assembly, fit, and cleaning of furniture.
- Ability to use air hand tools.
- Ability to push up to 70 lbs., including stretching, reaching, and bending in extreme degrees.
- Must learn specific furniture construction requirements.
- Ability to use measurement and small hand tools.
- Regular stretching and reaching is required.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.00 to $19.00, depending on experience.
