Position Summary

Looking for individual to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly fit and cleaning of furniture and for individuals to produce a white wood item ready for finish that meet Ethan Allen Standards. To construct a piece of furniture from pre-cut parts and assemblies that meet Ethan Allen quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly and fit of furniture.
• Use air hand tools.
• Push up to 70lbs. in addition to stretching, reaching and bending in extreme degrees.
• Learn specific furniture construction requirements.
• Use measurement and small hand tools.
• Participate in job rotation within and between departments.
• Stretch and reach on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly and fit of furniture.
• Able to use air hand tools.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.00 to $19.00, depending on experience.
