88M Truck Driver
About the role
As a Truck Driver in the Army National Guard, you are essential to military support. Your responsibilities include operating all wheeled vehicles and equipment over various terrains and roadways, managing the safety and transport of personnel, employing defensive tactics, identifying and correcting vehicle issues, and preparing vehicles for shipment by air, rail, or sea.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and check proper loading and unloading of cargo on vehicles and trailers
- Employ convoy defense techniques
Requirements
- Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
- Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or GED certificate
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
- Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards

Schedule

Pay
Actual MOS assignment may depend on MOS availability. Non-prior service candidates will earn between $200 and $250 per drill weekend, subject to change.
