Responsibilities

• Plan and drive operations for the Computational Center of Excellence
• Aid executives in decision-making and program management
• Prepare and manage Leadership Team meeting agendas and outcomes
• Identify risks and opportunities in computational drug discovery
• Lead special projects requiring cross-disciplinary inputs
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across teams for effective implementation of initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various domains

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• 7 years of experience in a relevant leadership role
• Expertise in drug discovery and development
• Knowledge of computational sciences, data, and AI
• Experience managing R&D programs focused on data science and machine learning
