Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers

- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries
- Follow up on customer issues and escalate as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
