Responsibilities

• Drive operational planning and execution within the Computational Center of Excellence
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of CoE on business and organizational strategies
• Prepare and manage Leadership Team meetings to ensure productive discussions
• Identify risks and opportunities in computational drug discovery initiatives
• Lead special projects that require cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Facilitate resolution of team dynamics and project-related challenges
• Monitor budget expenditures and collaborate with finance to maintain financial targets

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• 7 years of relevant experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Expertise in drug discovery and development process
• Strong knowledge of computational sciences, data analytics, and AI applications
• Experience in managing complex R&D programs
• Proven ability to track and report on performance against set goals
• Experience in cross-organizational collaboration and stakeholder engagement
