About the role

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, helping them navigate through various beauty products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Inform customers about current promotions and upcoming events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Maintain the Cosmoprof Loyalty program for customers.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
