About the role

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, helping them navigate the beauty products available.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products based on customer needs.
• Inform customers about current promotions and upcoming events.
• Set up and arrange advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Maintain the store environment and communicate any inventory issues to management.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof's culture values and behaviors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
