About the role

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you’ll guide customers through their beauty journey—whether it’s hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nails. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training; you bring your passion and personality.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend complementary products and inform customers about promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and report inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty’s Culture Values.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
• Physical exertion including long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines; occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
