About the role

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding company goals in individual statistics.
• Control Expenses: Protect company assets by adhering to LIDS Retail policies, managing store inventory, processing shipments, and resetting merchandise.
• Support Store Operations: Assist with accurate product counts, maintain professional appearance, and participate in store maintenance according to visual guidelines.
• Other Duties: Support the team in providing exceptional customer experiences, maintaining product presentations, and being a subject matter expert in products and services.

Reports To

The retail salesperson reports to the Store Manager.
