Position Summary
Retail salespeople at Lids are the heart and soul of our brand. They are dedicated to fostering a passion for sporting and fashion goods by serving customers and helping them find products that reflect their individuality, team pride, and personal style. Our sales team ensures each customer has an exceptional Lids experience, maintains high-quality product displays, and acts as knowledgeable experts in our offerings.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through excellent customer service. Meet or exceed individual performance metrics.
- Control Expenses: Manage store inventory, process shipments, and reset merchandise. Maintain accurate product counts.
- Support Policies: Adhere to LIDS Retail policies and procedures. Assist with store maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Other Duties: Support store operations as needed.

Physical Demands and Requirements
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
