About the role

The Systems Architect supports a community-of-interest (COI) for migrating from on-premises to multi-cloud environments, supporting multi-tenant environments, and performing executive-level briefings. The role involves assisting with the research, design, development, accreditation, and maintenance of complex systems spanning all network fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Support the research, design, development, accreditation, and maintenance of complex systems spanning all network fabrics.
• Assist with executive level briefings related to COI migration efforts.
• Optimize cloud hosted systems for cost and performance efficiencies.
• Design, develop, or maintain systems used globally.
• Research and provide whitepapers on potential solutions to the Customer's technical needs.
• Evaluate Cloud Service Provider offerings for use with highly sensitive data.
• Articulate the best encryption techniques and products for a problem set.
• Track and optimize cloud costs to include developing cost models for IC and DoW partners.
• Support the Customer's technical forums and review boards.
• Review proposed technical solutions and architectures and provide findings.
• Have an in-depth technical understanding of the Customer's tools and assist external partners with adoption and use.

Requirements

• Experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems that handle extremely sensitive data.
• Experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems on multiple network fabrics.
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers (CSP) offerings, specifically AWS, Azure, and Oracle.
• Experience optimizing cloud hosted systems for cost and performance efficiencies.
• Experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems used globally.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience designing or maintaining on-prem architectures.
