About the role

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.
  • Manage employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and training new hires.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
