About the Role
As a Stand Manager, you are the CEO of your stand. You’ll hire, train, and grow your team while ensuring your business thrives.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations of your stand.
- Recruit, hire, and train Brewistas and Shift Leaders.
- Manage scheduling, P&L, and team performance.
- Build a positive, kind, and accountable culture.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Strong organizational and financial skills.
- Ability to create and lead a high-performing team.

Pay
