About the role

Oversee all warehouse, distribution, and light fabrication shop operations including assembly, tube bending, and saw cutting. Direct and manage a team of approximately 7 operators and 1 shipping/receiving associate. Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure on-time project completion. Drive operational efficiency across fabrication and distribution workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehousing and fabrication operations management
• Site relocation experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Strong team management style with a collaborative leadership approach
• Ability to set and track key performance indicators and operational metrics
