Job Overview
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing medication management, clinical support and consultative services in a complex pharmacy operation. This position partners with key stakeholders to drive patient and family education, medication safety, quality assurance, customer service, process improvement and regulatory compliance. This position may also participate in education of pharmacy students and residents.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacist MN Board of Pharm
- 1 year pharmacist experience in complex healthcare environment
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency program
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree

Compensation
The posted pay range reflects a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE) and aligns with the minimum and maximum pay rates specified in the union agreement at the time of job posting. The pay rate for an individual within this range may vary based on factors such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, and qualifying experience as detailed in the contract. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
