About the role

The Pharmacist is responsible for providing medication management, clinical support and consultative services in a complex pharmacy operation. This position partners with key stakeholders to drive patient and family education, medication safety, quality assurance, customer service, process improvement and regulatory compliance. This position may also participate in education of pharmacy students and residents.

Requirements

• Pharmacist licensed by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy

Qualifications

• 1 year pharmacist experience in a complex healthcare environment
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency program
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree

Schedule

Hours worked in this role will normally be documented as seven consecutive shifts of 10 hours in a two‑week period, paid as 80 hours of work. This position is a straight night position working Thursday evening through Wednesday night.
