Your Responsibilities
- Provide individualized tutoring for grades 6-8 in core subjects
- Help students develop executive functioning and study skills
- Support homework completion and test preparation
- Build student confidence and academic independence
- Maintain regular communication with parents and our office about student progress

Ideal Candidate
- Required: Bachelor's degree, 2+ years teaching or tutoring experience, strong communication skills with students and parents, reliable transportation (for in-home sessions)
- Preferred: MCPS teaching experience, Canvas and online portal experience, IXL math experience, Executive functioning coaching experience
