About the role
Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead and engage our team in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a passionate community around sports and fashion.
Responsibilities
- Manage hiring strategy, onboarding, and team engagement
- Lead training and ongoing development of team members
- Resolve customer issues and drive exceptional customer service
- Plan and manage schedules, handle disruptions, and maintain store operations
- Drive product strategy, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Established ability to produce sales results and minimize losses
- Proven supervisory and training skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
- Proven managerial skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
