About the role

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead and engage our team in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a passionate community around sports and fashion.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring strategy, onboarding, and team engagement
• Lead training and ongoing development of team members
• Resolve customer issues and drive exceptional customer service
• Plan and manage schedules, handle disruptions, and maintain store operations
• Drive product strategy, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Established ability to produce sales results and minimize losses
• Proven supervisory and training skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed
• Proven managerial skills
